Center for a Free Cuba requests declassification of secret negotiations between the Obama Administration and General Raul Castro

Earlier this week the Center for a Free Cuba sent the following request to Senator Marco Rubio ” to declassify as much of the record as possible” of ” the secret negotiations between Benjamin Rhodes, of the Obama Administration and Alejandro Castro Espin, son of General Raul Castro.”
